Refund Policy

Made-to-Order & Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of made-to-order and personalized items, we do not accept refunds or returns on these products. Each piece is crafted specifically for you, ensuring a unique and high-quality result.

Non-Personalized Items

For non-personalized items, we offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

  1. Contact Us: Email hello.akiandco@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your item to request a refund or exchange. Please include your order number and reason for the request.

  2. Return Approval: Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Refund Issuance: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exceptions

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by improper use or handling.

  • Sale items or final clearance products are not eligible for refund or exchange.
